This rural B&B is located in the stunning Lake District, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with a fantastic view of the volcano. The rooms are basic but clean, and some have a wood-burning stove. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and they serve delicious home-cooked meals. The breakfast is excellent, and there is a comfortable shared patio where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The wifi can be unreliable at times, which may be a minor inconvenience for those needing to plan further travel arrangements.

The owners of this charming B&B went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful when our bike trip hit a snag, even picking us up and assisting with bike repairs. The peaceful and charming atmosphere made for a relaxing stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dinner and breakfast provided were not only tasty but also helped us recharge for the next day's adventures. Highly recommended!

The only downside we experienced was that the water temperature in the shower varied unexpectedly from hot to cold. However, this small inconvenience did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The shared facilities were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The room I stayed in was clean and beautifully decorated, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset.

The wifi at this bed & breakfast was unreliable, which made it difficult for me to plan my further travel. However, if you are more organized than I am, this may not be a problem for you.
